A few words for me!

I am a passionate Pilates instructor with EREPS (European Register of Exercise Professionals) certification in Pilates mat and apparatus.

With a strong commitment to promote physical health and well-being I am providing Pilates classes meeting the unique needs of each client, fostering strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

In addition to Pilates, I love expanding my knowledge in the areas of anatomy and yoga allowing for a holistic approach to fitness.

When I not on the mat, I enjoy swimming, yoga and fitness training further enriching my connection to wellness and movement.
