Privacy Policy

1. Personal Data collected-Purpose and way of processing  

I give my consent to Ευεξία-The Pilates Lab collecting and storing my personal data (name and surname, phone number, email address).  

I understand that my personal information will be used solely for the purposes: 

• Class updates (schedule changes, cancellations, reminders) 

• Booking confirmations, Booking cancelations 

• Studio announcements (new classes, events, offers, promotions, retreat announcements, follow ups, workshops, open days, training announcements) 

• Administrative communication (payments, membership, policies) 

• Marketing and promotional activities (photos and videos) including but not limited to the studio’s website, social media channels, printed materials, and digital advertising. 

• They may also be used for educational or training purposes within the studio. 

I understand that my personal data will be used for the above purposes via the following channels: 

Email reminders, SMS reminders, Newsletter, Photos, Videos, Social media, Website, Printed materials. 

2. Lawful Basis-General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) 

I acknowledge that this consent is provided in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).  

3. Data Storage & Protection 

I understand that: 

• My personal data will be stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel.  

• My personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where necessary for the provision of the Studio’s services.  

• My personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal obligations.  

In particular: 

• Client records (including contact details, booking history and attendance records) will be retained for the duration of my relationship with the Studio and thereafter for as long as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.  

• Accounting and payment records will be retained for the period required under the applicable Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation.  

• Marketing communications will be processed until I withdraw my consent.  

• Photographs and videos processed on the basis of my consent will be retained until I withdraw that consent or until they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. 

4. My Rights Under GDPR 

I have the right to: 

• Access my personal data 

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data 

• Request deletion of my data (“right to be forgotten”) 

• Restrict processing 

• Withdraw consent at any time 

• Request data portability 

• Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
